Size Guide

Seven Boot Lane sizes are continental. This is how they correspond to UK sizes:

36/3 ~ 37/4 ~ 38/5 ~ 39/6 ~ 40/7 ~ 41/8

Generally boots should feel snug at first, as they will quickly soften with wear.  Please contact us if you need any advice on fitting and sizing.

Care Guide

Our boots are crafted and finished by hand meaning each pair is unique and has a personality of its own.  Because our materials are natural, they are easy to maintain and will age beautifully if well cared for.  

We recommend the following:

Leather: use a premium leather cream or polish to keep the leather looking rich and lustrous, and maintain its natural weather proofing.  Use clear or carefully colour-matched cream or polish.

Suede: we recommend all suede products should be treated with a suede protector spray to keep them stain-proof.  Whilst no spray gives a complete barrier, periodic application will significantly prolong the life of your boots.  If the nap becomes flat, brush up with a suede brush.

Shopping

Do I need to create an account to be able to order?

No. You give us certain key information which we use to process and ship your order.  We don’t ask for any information we don’t need, and we don’t use your information for any other purpose without asking you. If you would like to create an account after you have purchased, you can provide us with a password and we will store your delivery information for next time.

How do I change my account details?

Log into your account and you can change your details.  Be sure to keep your details up to date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Maestro) and Paypal.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept credit card payments in any currency.

I have a promotional code, how do I use this?

Enter your code during checkout.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel or change any part of your order up to the point where your goods have been shipped.  Once you order has shipped we are unable to cancel it and you will need to follow the Returns procedure. 

Can you tell me if items will be restocked?

Yes. You can sign up for stock notifications on the product pages and we will contact you when we restock.  If we have more stock on order the expected date will be on the product page. 

UK Delivery and Returns

How do I know when my order has shipped?

Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day.  Orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class and should arrive the next working day. We will send you an email confirming that your order has shipped.

Can I track my order?

We do not have a tracking facility but if you have not received your order within 3 working days please contact our Customer Service team on +44(0)1749 673222 or at help@sevenbootlane.com.

What is your return policy?

We will accept any unworn returns within 14 days of the order date.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in all the original packaging. 

How do I return my item?

To return an item, simply go to sevenbootlane.com/returns and complete the form there. Then use the returns label on your packing slip to send your parcel from your nearest Post Office. Please do not use the shoe box as the outer packaging.

Once your item is received and approved, your exchange or refund will be processed. For exchanges your replacement item will be sent the following day subject to availability; for refunds a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.  Please note that certain banks and Paypal can take several days to process refunds.

My boots are faulty, what do I do?

Please send an email to our customer service team help@sevenbootlane.com. We will respond to you by return.

What if I have received an incorrect item in my order?

International delivery and returns

International deliveries are trackable and shipping takes 2 - 7 days according to where you live.

To return an item from outside the UK, simply go to sevenbootlane.com/returns and complete the form there. Then send the item to the following address:
